Privacy Policy

Last updated: Draft, 20 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit getkeelos.com or get in touch, what we do with it and the rights you have.

Who we are

This website, getkeelos.com, is run by Agentic Schools Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number to be added), registered office to be added. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” mean Agentic Schools Ltd. We are the controller of the personal data described here, which means we decide how and why it is used.

Questions about this policy or your data go to hello@getkeelos.com.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the getkeelos.com website and the emails you send us through it. It does not cover the KeelOS software itself. Where a school or other organisation uses KeelOS, the data held in it is covered by that organisation’s own privacy notice and by our agreement with them, under which we act on their instructions as a processor.

What we collect

When you email us

Your name and email address, plus anything you choose to tell us, such as your organisation, your role and the systems you use.

When you visit the site

Like every website, ours is delivered by servers that receive technical information from your browser: your IP address, browser and device type, the page you asked for and when. Our hosting provider records this in its logs so it can deliver and protect the site.

The site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser also sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.

How you use the site

The site uses Google Tag Manager and PostHog, and Google Analytics to be confirmed, to understand how it is used: the pages you visit, how you arrived, and your approximate location, device and browser. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you agree to them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. The banner keeps only your choice, never anything that identifies you. Our Cookie Policy lists the categories and what the site stores in your browser.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers who help us run the site and reply to you, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions:

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example to comply with a court order.

Transfers outside the UK

Some of these providers are based in, or use servers in, the United States. Where data leaves the UK we make sure it is protected by a recognised safeguard, such as the UK–US Data Bridge or the UK’s International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. Contact us for details.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your data; to have it corrected; to have it deleted; to restrict or object to how we use it; and to have it transferred to you or someone else. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

To use any of these rights, email hello@getkeelos.com. It is free, and we will reply within one month (or tell you within that month if we need longer for a complex request).

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Keeping it safe

We protect personal data with technical and organisational measures suited to the risk. Our Security Policy sets out how.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when how we handle data changes, and change the date at the top. If a change matters to you we will tell you directly where we can.
