What’s the catch? There isn’t one hiding in the small print. Our model is different, so the maths is different.
Who gets this price? Our founding schools. The ones who move over with us first.
What if we only want to move one system? Most schools start that way. We match what that one costs you now.
What about the contract we’re already in? We’ll work around your renewal dates. Not through them.
Why would we leave a big, known name for you? You don’t have to leap. You move one system at a time, see it working first, and pay nothing until your team’s using it. KeelOS is new, but the people building it have spent 17 years making software organisations rely on. Meet the team →
Who owns our data? You do. Take it out in any format, whenever you want.
Is it secure? Built by the team at 3 Sided Cube, which is ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials certified.
Are there setup or migration fees? None. No setup fee, no migration fee. Moving your data over is part of the job.
What’s included? Hosting, updates and support. All in the price. And no training course to sit through: it’s built around how your school already works, so day one feels familiar.
